Reality #3 Iranians Eat with Utensils

The reality is that Iranians do in fact eat with utensils.  Iran has vast etiquette when it comes to the dining table.  More and more chain restaurants and fast food places are opening in Iran.   Many of them are designed very modern and not only do people go for the food but they hangout there as well.
